Refund through cancellation are no longer possible for my event - What are my options

If you are now within 60 days of your event, it is no longer possible to receive a refund of your ticket by completing the cancellation form. You do still have a couple of options though: 

You can transfer your registration to someone else. How this would work is that we'll cancel your ticket without refund and provide you with a code to pass onto the new ticket holder. This will enable them to register without further cost. You'll then be able to work out payment between yourselves. Please let me know if you'd like to proceed with this. 

If you purchased Ticket Insurance you may be able to get a refund. Please click the below link which will take you to a page containing our refund form. 

A final option is to transfer your ticket to one of our events which is is currently on sale, Sydney 2019, which is in November this year. I can help with this option if you'd like to proceed with this. There is a $30 transfer fee associated with this move.

Once again, we are sorry to hear that you won't be able to make it this year but we do hope that we'll see you out on course with us in the coming years.
