What happens if one of my payment plan instalments is declined

If an instalment is declined due to insufficient funds or a change in card, you'll automatically be notified by email and promoted to complete the payment via your My Events Portal. 

This payment will not be made automatically, so you'll have to manually pay in order for your ticket to be activated prior to the event.
