Can I transfer into another event?

Yes, you can opt to transfer your ticket to any other event currently on sale. You cannot transfer to a future event that is not on sale yet (the old Reserve My Registration has been removed). Please see policy below:
Participants can change between Australian Tough Mudder Events at any time up until 11.59pm the night before the Event originally purchased, using the ‘my events portal’ on the Active Network registration console. A link to this portal can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email. Click on the option that says 'change event' (See attachment for reference).  If I change into another Event which has a greater value then the ticket I originally purchased, the participant will be required to pay an additional fee for the difference between the entry fee originally paid and the current cost of participating in the alternative Event. In addition, a $30 administration charge will be administered for any change between Tough Mudder Events. If a participant changes into another Event which has a lesser value then the ticket originally purchased, then only a $30 administration charge will be administered.

Please note that this isn't possible to do through the portal if you are a member of a team. If this is the case, please email our customer service team at support@toughmudderaushelp.zendesk.com who will then remove you from the team, allowing you to then change events yourself.
