Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Yes this is now possible. Follow the following steps to transfer a registration from yourself to someone else. 

Step 1: Log into your My events portal, a link to which can be found at the bottom of your confirmation email. Click the button that says 'Transfer registration'. (See Attachment for reference).

Step 2: On the next page you will be asked to enter the email address of the person you wish to transfer the registration to. Your registration will be cancelled when the new participant claims it, but you'll still be able to view it on ACTIVE.com. You'll also be responsible for paying any transfer or processing fees that may apply. Click SUBMIT when done. 

Step 3: The new runner will then get an email explaining that to complete the transfer they must claim the registration. Click the claim registration button to continue.

Step 4: This person will then need to fill out the registration form like they are signing up for the first time. When it comes to checking out, they will need to pay the full current fair which may be different from what the original ticket holder paid in line with our pricing structure that rewards early purchasing. Tough mudder will automatically refund the original ticket holder the amount they paid. This refund typically takes 5-7 business days to return to your account.
